What we have been up to.....
During 2011-2012 We have been raising funds for SSAFA and Careshare
  
   

In April 2012 we presented cheques to SSAFA and Careshare. This is how it was raised.....

 
    Wednesday 7th December 2012: Christmas meal at a Members home raised just under £200.00  
    Tuesday 15th November & Friday 2nd December 2012:
Charity Sale raised over £500		  
   

Saturday 1st October 2012: Quiz Night raised over £900

  
   

Sunday 24th August: Westonbirt Social raised over £100

  
    Saturday 9th July: Garden Party at Century House, South Cerney raised over £800  
   

Sunday 8th May: Members of SI Cirencester ran a stall at the
Churn Funday (Click Here). We raised the grand sum of £267.43. Thanks to
Anne C and her merry band of helpers (also a big 'Thank you' to all those
people who contributed items to be sold).


  
Collection for Marie Curry  

Collecting for Marie Curie – One of our members organises ‘collection parties'
twice a year. In Dec we collected over £1000.00 in the run up to Christmas
Last month (March) we collected a magnificent £1,855.19!  This includes the
£16.50 received for one of our wonderful Marie Curie top hats which one of
our collectors auctioned in pub at the end of the afternoon!  We ran out of
daffodils - even pinching the ones that the pub was selling!

 We also planted bulbs at the Hospice as part of our 'Saturday of Service'  
Market Stall Feb 11   A day out at Cirencester Market raised over £300 for Barnado's and the NSPCC.
